My heart is heavy yet full of hope and inspiration as I write this request for help for my family. With courage and tenacity that I have never before witnessed, my sister-in-law is battling stage 4 breast cancer.  She is battling not only for herself, but for her amazing 10 year old son, two wonderful step-children, and her husband.  She has spent the past several weeks in the hospital in excruciating pain fighting pancreatits and having her gallbladder removed all while starting chemotherapy to combat the cancer.  My brother has never left her side.  They are a team and together they will not only fight this battle, but win.  Through all this hardship, my brother was let go from his job as he chooses to remain by his wife's bedside encouraging her and lifting her up.  He is taking care of it all so that she is able to pour every ounce of strength she has into fighting this monster.  I want to make this go away for them but I can't.  What I can do is reach out to all those that love Alicia and her family and want to help.  Together we can help alleviate the financial burdens they are facing so that she and John can continue to focus on battling and BEATING this nasty beast called cancer.  Any amount will help and is very much appreciated.  #TeamAlicia!!
