Help save my dog

Hi, my name is Brittany and this is my girl Raina. She is only 6 years old and has her whole life ahead of her. Saturday (01/29/22) she woke up her normal self but as the day went on she starting getting weak, not eating, shaking, throwing up, and crying out in pain. By the time I was able to get her into the emergency vet she was unable to walk, crying out, eyes in the back of her head, and unresponsive. She has been in the emergency vet 2 days now. She had a fever of 106.6, low sugar, high blood pressure, and everything in between. The vets have finally gotten her vitals back down to normal with medication and fluids, so there is hope. I got to see her for the first time today (01/31/22) and she is still unwell. Hasn't moved, won't open her eyes, and does not respond. I am absolutely heartbroken. She can't be taken off supportive care due to her current state. The vets say she may need more time to come out of it. Financially, I am struggling as today her vet bill so far is $4500. I am doing everything I can to save her, but the bills keep piling in the mean time. I need to try and save her, she means everything to me and thinking about life without her is crushing me.
