Help Tino Afford Top Surgery!

I'm Tino, a 23 y.o. Trans-Masculine person currently living in Idaho. I’ve had a successful consultation and am currently waiting on approval from my therapist & insurance. I would like to have my surgery as soon as I have the money to cover it AND cover the money I will be losing from having to take a leave from work to recover. This is all I’ve ever wanted since i started developing breasts. I’ve never enjoyed having a visibly female looking chest and it brings me so much discomfort.
