Help 775OFR support the offroad community!
Donation protected
After surviving a two-night ordeal in the freezing desert, Reno couple Randy and Boni Bernal have asked 775 Offroad and Recovery for their assistance in retrieving their 1987 Suzuki Samurai from the playa desert southwest of Gerlach.
As you can see from the photo, the recovery will take several vehicles and an unknown amount of volunteer hours. As a non-profit organization, we heavily rely on donations to continue our operations. We are seeking the community's assistance in raising funds to cover the cost of fuel, food, and any damage to recovery gear for our members that may arise during this endeavor. No amount is too small. We appreciate any and all donation amounts that keep us going strong on our mission:
775 OFFROAD & RECOVERY is a 501(c)(3) non-profit volunteer organization that has chosen to undertake the role of community organization, community outreach, providing training and workshops to the community, removing and recovery of stuck, stranded, abandoned or damaged vehicles from BLM land, USFS Land, Forest Service Roads and other offroad destinations while working with state and federal agencies that oversee those same roads. We work and are designed to respond quickly to threats to health, welfare and safety. 775 OFFROAD & RECOVERY will deploy qualified volunteers with a dedication to public service and the offroad community.
