Dawn's Destiny

Dawn Marie Courtney she is a 29 year old young lady and mother. Dawn is in desperate need of a kidney and pancreas transplant. The procedure must be paid in full. She is currently in stage 5 Kidney failure. So this is a very time sensitive process. We are asking friends and family to donate the $5000 for the procedure and $3000 for expenses.
