Introduction
Hello, everyone. My name is Cameron, and I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit. My beloved son, Galahad, has been diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, and our family is facing the most challenging time of our lives.

Meet Galahad: Our Brave Knight
Galahad is 3 years old who is kind, loving and full of positive energy. He absolutely loves cars, drawing, hitting baseballs with his bat and always wants to be near his family that he loves so dearly. He's got the sweetest smile, an infectious laugh and gorgeous blond hair that we've only ever cut once.

How Our World was Turned Upside Down
On May 12th (Mother's Day) 2024 we brought Galahad into Primary Children's Hospital to check on a fever that hadn't gone down in a couple of days. Little did we know that we weren't going home that day and were told something I wish no parent ever has to hear "Your Child Has Cancer".
We were admitted right away and begun treatment immediately. Through the span of one week my wife and I had to become intimately educated on what Leukaemia is, what the treatment looks like, and how our lives are going to be for the next 2.5 years as he goes through his chemo treatment.

Our Challenge
In addition to battling Leukemia, Galahad faces challenges with communication development. At just 3 years old, he is underdeveloped in his communication skills and needs our constant attention and support. This makes it even more critical for us to be by his side, providing the love and care he needs every day.
While we are doing everything we can to support Galahad in his fight against Leukemia, the financial burden has become overwhelming. Medical bills, medications, treatments, blood transfusions and living expenses such as food and diapers are piling up. Additionally, the need for one of us to be with Galahad around the clock has reduced our income significantly.
We deeply wish for Galahad's mom to stay home and care for him, but she has to work to help cover our expenses. This situation adds to the stress and strain on our family during an already difficult time.

We are humbly asking for your support to help cover the costs of, chemotherapy, medications, everyday living expenses and if were lucky having Mom stay home for the next 2 years. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a huge difference and will allow us to focus on what truly matters. Galahad's health and well-being as our valiant knight slays this horrible monster.
