Paying Tribute to our Dad

We are writing to you today to let you know about the sudden loss of our Father. On December 6th he had a major stroke and was admitted into the hospital. Two weeks later, after a battle full of emotional and physical rollercoasters he was gone on December 22nd… The funeral service will be held in Wilmington, DE on Friday morning, January 19th. My siblings and I are absolutely devastated by our Dad’s passing and are struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of the service. Based on the quote we have received we are looking to raise $11,500. Here is a breakdown of everything involved in the funeral service for our Dad:
-Casket -Transport from hospital to the funeral home -Death Certificate -Viewing / Service -Embalming
-Dressing -Gravesite -Opening / Closing of Grave
-Tombstone -Burial Vault
We will need to pay all funeral costs by Tuesday, January 16. I’ve started this fundraiser to collect donations for our Dad’s funeral service along with using CashApp to make it easier:
