Prosthetic foot

Hi my name is Shawn Collington and the reason I started this GoFund me accounts is because I’m in need to be able to get my prosthetic foot. I have diabetes and I had a wound in between my pinky toe and 4th toe. When I found out about it my son was scheduled to graduate from high school. Being that I didn’t want to miss the graduation ceremony I chose to attend. When I got back from the graduation ceremony. I went to the hospital and they amputated 2 toes and applied a skin graft. Which got infected and I ended up losing my left foot. I had a job but without my foot I am unable to generate any income. I have went to a prosthetic doctor office by the name of Baker Prosthetics and orthotics. I have been fitted for a prosthetic leg. My insurance has covered 75% of the cost. But I have to pay for the rest. I am praying that this gofundme account will help me get my leg so I can pickup the pieces of my life.
