My name is Britney Sanchez & I am a mother of 2. I have been in a relationship for 13 years. For these 13 years, I have been physically, emotionally & mentally abused. My children, now ages 9 & 11, have sadly been there with me through it all. My life has been at risk on more than one occasion. My partner recently became paralyzed & even that didn’t stop him. My life is still being put in jeopardy. I need a way out & I’ve never been before, always been too scared, but now I’m 100% ready to leave. Not only for me but for my kids. I just need a bit of help to put some distance between us & to get a place. I’ve never made any of this public, but I need the help & it’s time. I don’t want to lose my life. I don’t want my kids to grow up without me.
