Kenya Volunteer Trip

In October 2014 I am going to Kenya to work as a volunteer in one of the poorest areas of Africa. I am lucky enough to have the opportunity to go over and help out in this amazing project. No donation is too small and you will be making a huge contribution to the steady change to these peoples lives. I along with some other volunteers will be working with children from underprivileged backgrounds in the surrounding slum areas of Nakuru in community development projects. All of the projects African Adventures work with are NGO schools and lack some of the most basic facilities and teaching materials. Almost all of the school buildings are made from makeshift materials such as wood, sheet metal and mud plaster and, in some cases, they lack running water and electricity.
