A stepping stone

Hey, my name is Ashlynd.

if you know me you know the year of 2023 completely broke me.

physically and emotionally.

I endured a lot especially when it came to health issues. I was in and out of the hospital for about 8-9 months straight. I had to quit my job because I was unable to work. I couldn’t even sit up without my heart rate and bp spiking. I started working full time again back in September. I tried really hard to get caught up on everything and did for the most part. But due to unforeseen circumstances I was without a job again for about a month and a half. With all the craziness taken place I fell behind on my car payment. I have began working again and was going to put my first paycheck towards my payments when my car decided it need a new battery two front tires popped and I needed a oil change because my motor was ticking. I spent the $600 to fix it in hopes of being able to get the payments with my next paycheck but it didn’t work out the way I planned. My own means of transport for my daughter and I was repossessed two days ago. I do not have the money to get the car out on my own. I need help. A old friend told me many hands make light work. I have always been the type of person who shows up for people no matter what my circumstances may be. I am a firm believer in “EVERYONE deserves someone.” And being the one who needs someone this time it’s hard for me to put down my pride and say I am in need of a stepping stone. I don’t need more than that. Just a small solid ground to step to catch my breath for just a split second.
