Chloe's Transition Fund

Hi, my name is Chloe and I'm a trans woman looking for assistance with my medical transition. I'm 22 and I've been aware I was trans since I was 13, but due to my financial situations I've been forced to live with my conservative, transphobic family until now. This has prevented me from pursuing my transition and has put a major strain on my mental health and my ability to live a productive life. 

I'm finally in a position where I'll be able to move out and live my life more freely but I'm still unable to afford my life saving medical necessities. I'm currently looking for assistance covering hormone replacement therapy, laser hair removal on my face, changing my name legally and other gender affirming treatments. 

I'm finally in a position after so long where I have the opportunity to be the woman I have always known I should be. I don't want to miss this opportunity and that's why I'm asking for your help.
