Help Sheila and her kids move out.

We are a poor family, the house is falling apart and we need to move out. Because the house doesn't heat, and the electric bills are way too high, and pipes are leaking, we can't afford to survive another Winter. It'll be about 6000 to move our belongings, about 2000 to put down on another house, and 2000 to move us, the whole family. We want to go to an area where there's family near by, we are alone here.
