Leo's medical bills

Hi my name is Angel. I have set this up on behalf of my friend's son Leo. They are currently in Paris after going on a trip to Disney Land for Leo's 18th birthday, which was only possible by my friend borrowing and scrimping and saving money. Unfortunately the holiday has turned into a disaster when Leo's behaviour changed and fell asleep in the afternoon which was originally thought to be exhaustion from a fun packed holiday, which actually turned out to be a stroke and when Jodie (his mum) came to wake him in the morning she couldn't wake him. He's now in hospital and is steadily making progress but it's very slow and steady. Unfortunately the insurance that Jodie's mum took out doesn't cover them as Leo has a pre existing condition and the insurance company says this doesn't cover Leo because of this. So I have set this up on their behalf to try and help with some of the medical bills and costs Jodie and Leo incurs while being in france. We know that its going to cost £5,000 just to get Leo home with an ambulance and nurse as he can't travel alone. We would love it of course if we could raise more than the total amount and this is just a starting point of raising money. Please dig deep and help us to raise funds for Leo.
