Help me support my friend and a fellow RHS alumni.

Hi, my name is Karen, and I am setting up this Go Fund Me account to help a good friend of mine who I have known for over 50 years. She is really struggling to pay a number of bills due to multiple health conditions. She hasn’t been able to work full time for many years because of her health and she has been unable to work at all the last three months due to more recent medical problems. She had one surgery not long ago and it’s looking like she may have to have two more very soon, so her bills are only going to get worse. To add insult to injury the rent on her apartment is going up…again. She is feeling overwhelmed with all these bills and at the same time she lives in constant pain and is experiencing anxiety and hopelessness. She is uncomfortable asking anyone for help so I am reaching out on her behalf because helping her get out from under all these bills would change her life and give her some peace.
