Please Consider Helping The Courtney Family

It is never easy asking for help, and even worse needing help during one of the most difficult times a family is going through. I am attempting to do whatever I can to help ease the difficulties this family is facing. Anything helps, even sharing the link. Thank you in advance and please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers.
Finn's story~
In February 2023, Amy rushed their 10yr old son Finn to the ER. His kidneys were failing him. They then referred him to Iowa City. Thankfully over time, his functions improved, but 3 weeks later it happened again. This time they drew labs and discovered there were multiple organs and systems affected. Finn has endured lots of testing, several Doctor appointments and many ER visits in the months following these major concerns. Finn's family still had no answers and doctors have been stumped. Finn was referred to the Rochester Mayo Clinic for a diagnosis and prognosis. Finn has traveled with his family and has had 5 return stays since then. Finn now has 5 specialists working on his case to get answers and a diagnosis. At this time, this brave young man is waiting for a renal biopsy to find out why his kidneys are failing. Amy and Dean Courtney have been doing their best to juggle their other 4 children, comforting Finn, working full-time and all the financial burdens of traveling and medical costs that come along with trying to get their son healthy/answers. Furthermore, the family car has decided to fail them as well, leaving this family with an overwhelming amount of financial devastation. Without help, this family will continue to suffer even more. They are a very proud and hardworking family who do not like asking for any help. So I am doing it for them. I appreciate you all taking the time to read this and hearing Finn's story.
