Back to school uniforms

Hi!

Last year, I was fortunate to receive support for my son’s school uniform, which meant I didn’t have to dip into the funds I had set aside for his first day of school. I chose to use that money to help someone else in need.

When I shared this intention, I was overwhelmed by the number of parents and carers desperately seeking specific school uniform items. I purchased as much as I could with my own money, and some followers on my page also contributed.

We managed to assist around 12 families, but I felt disheartened that I couldn't do more.

This year, I aim to help more children in need. I've decided to plan ahead, raise funds, buy items, and create a free “shopping” experience for families and kids at the end of summer, so they can start school confidently in proper attire.

I'll spend the summer figuring out the best logistics and ensuring the right families receive help.

I would greatly appreciate any donations and general support to get this event off the ground.
