Let’s Help Gerald!

Hello my name is Jeremy and myself along with the Bookers Restaurant and bar family are seeking support for our beloved Gerald Wilson-Dean. Gerald has been a part of the Bookers family for 3 years now and we have seen him grow from a food runner to the Top server and salesperson on our team. The mark that he leaves on customers is long-lasting and his name rings out often with requests for his service. Gerald is the type of server that even if he is not your server you still tune in to hear him call out the specials in the way that only he can. On Friday October 8, 2022 Gerald was struck by a driver traveling down Baltimore ave as he was returning to the restaurant. The accident sent him to the ICU with a bleeding brain, fractured face and multiple cuts and bruises. He is currently in the ICU until the bleeding on his brain subsides. He is cherished by his teammates and management team and we will miss him dearly while he is out of commission.

That leads us into the purpose of this GoFundMe. As a server Gerald can only make money when he works. Bookers is his full time job and in the foreseeable future he won’t have any income.
