Hurricane Helene: Help With a Car After Total Loss

Mine and my roomates cars were totaled in Hurricane Helene in SC and my job closed in NC. I truly tried to exhaust every option I had before coming here, but NC unemployment denied me for working in Idaho over a year ago, and FEMA denied me on the $750 because my landlord has homeowners insurance on his house. My car was insured, but the value is less than what I owe on the 27.9%APR lease and I'm about $2000 short. I will also be needing to buy a new vehicle to get me back to work once they open, and absolutely anything at all will help.
