Steve Davis' Cancer Battle

Our dear friend Steve Davis was recently diagnosed with Prostate cancer. While this was unexpected, Steve and Shawn know that God is not surprised by this diagnosis. He has always had a master plan and will carry them through this battle.  While cancer is a frightening word, we serve a Big God! We are trusting Him for Steve’s healing and are fully convinced that He will provide for their every need. For over 30 years Steve and Shawn have counseled, shepherded, guided, prayed for, cried with, mentored and loved countless people. They have done this expecting nothing in return. They have done it out of hearts that love Jesus more than life and love others more than they love themselves. Aside from the stress of the diagnosis itself, the financial strain is also great. They have excellent insurance through their employers, and while two traditional treatments are available, they come with possible life altering side effects. They have found some treatment options available that might be better for Steve that insurance does not cover. We don’t want money to be the reason they cannot choose the best treatment option.  By starting this fund it is our desire to lift some of this burden from their shoulders and put every treatment option on the table. We are asking you to partner with us both in prayer and financially to show Steve and Shawn how much they are loved.
