Save Charlie's Life
Meet Charlie a 3 month old Great Pyrenees and Keeshond. Charlie was hit by a car on July 7th at 8:30 pm while playing outside with his owner, who is 19 years old. Charlie is her first dog. He has been coming to Argos Pet Ranch for daycare and training. He was rushed to the hospital by his owner where he was given medical treatment through the night and referred to his family vet in the morning as this clinic is open only through the night. The regular vet was not open and referred Charlie to another specialty clinic. Charlie was then rushed by his owner to this clinic where he received oxygen therapy. The owner was given an estimate and was told that she needed to pay 75% of the estimate in order for further treatment to be given which she could not afford and in a panic reached out to us at Argos Pet Ranch. We then called Dr. Renu at Apollo Animal Hospital who was kind enough to put the needs of Charlie first. Dr. Renu said that Charlie's life comes before money and to bring him to her clinic. Charlie is there and being attended to. So far we know that Charlie has suffered a Pneumothorax and has multiple wounds on his hind legs and groin area which will need surgery once he is stable. Charlie needs oxygen, I.V therapy, surgery and many medications at present. We have decided to help this young puppy and the first time owner raise funds to pay for his treatment. Every penny is a huge help and we are requesting all of you to help Charlie fight the odds and live a thriving life.
We appreciate all who will donate or share this to help spread the message and meet the goals to save Charlie. Thanking all of you in advance for helping us advocate for this voiceless beauty.
