Building Gabriel’s Mowing Business

So many have asked how they can contribute to Gabriel after seeing my post on Facebook, I decided the best way is to start this page.  I was so moved by this young man and it appears many others are too,  Gabriel is a 13 year old  that mows as many yards as he can to raise money.  He would buy mowers at yard sales and pawn shops to keep him going, only to have them break down.  We met in the aisle at Lowe’s,  leading to the post, I made, below.   This post was only to share my experience in meeting such a great young man, but, as many of us have read the post, we are inspired by his hard work and overcomer drive for a greater life . 

This story is NOT about me, but about this young man. He is 13 years old and has his own yard mowing business. He usually gets his mowers at yard sales, but they don’t last very long. Y’all know how hot it was yesterday. He mowed 7 yards yesterday and his mower died. So, he went to help level a yard for a pool, working until 11:00 pm. Needless to say, when he came in to buy a mower, we were going to sell him this one for what he had saved. But, we couldn’t miss the chance to participate in his success, so we gave it to him. All I asked is for him to remember us and come work on our team when he’s old enough. What a great young man!!!
