Hi everyone,
For those who don’t know, my sister Brittany, her Husband Beau, and her best friend Kylea were in a major head on collision Sunday November 5th in eau claire. A car decided to pull out in front of them causing them to go from 50 mph to a complete stop. Luckily airbags deployed, seatbelts were worn and they are still here! Luckily kylea walked away with very minor injuries But my sister and her husband both suffered injuries to their back, having to be driven to the hospital by ambulance, luckily beau was released from hospital, however with a fractured L2 vertebrae, in which he has to wear a back brace for the next 6 weeks, causing work to almost be impossible. My Sister Brittany, however broke her thoracic 12 vertebrae clean through in her back and possibly tore her bowels from the impact of seatbelt, she will be in the hospital for the next few days and will undergo back surgery on Monday November 6th. She works as a manager/bartender at the red mixer and will be out of work at least at 6 weeks if not longer. My sister also found out do to the accident she is 5 weeks pregnant and the baby is okay however undergoing anesthesia so early on is a high risk. Along with those complications they also have their 18 month daughter at home whom they can’t pick up so we are supplying all the help we possibly can to help them. But cooking, cleaning, everything will be a struggle for them for the next 6+ weeks.
With all of this we are asking anyone that can financially help to take some stress of this young family who are going to be burdened with hospital bills as well as being out of work their bills will slowly become harder to keep up with. We don’t ask a lot just anyone willing to help! We truly appreciate anything and everything!
I will update how Brittany’s surgery goes as well!
Thank you guys! We are so blessed they had guardians angles watching over them!
