Support for the Matthew Baker Family

With a heavy heart we have to share that our wonderful nephew Matt Baker was killed by an alleged drunk driver who went left of center in a truck that hit him head on. He was driving home late at night having just finished subbing for someone at a restaurant job.

Matt was a sweet wonderful soul who worked hard and was nice to everyone. People  who knew him or remembered him from his days at Perry Schools knew he was a good kid!!  

Matt was just getting back on his feet after the devastating death of his father Stan Baker in January of 2016.  Matt at only 23 was just starting to be independent, working two jobs to make ends meet . Supporting his mom emotionally but still dealing with missing his Dad. 

Lisa, Joe and Matt ( The Baker Family) were still struggling to make sense of the tragic and sudden death of their husband and father. Dealing with the emotional and economical impact of Stan’s death and funeral was devastating .
