Please help my Mom save her home

After caring for my Grandparents for years my Mom was afraid she would never be able to own her own home, but last year her dream came true when she purchased her first house. It may seem small to some but it is perfect for her and she has been so happy living here. Recently she was diagnosed with Stage 4 COPD and is completely unable to work. She is applying for emergency assistance but unfortunately by the time she gets it, it may be too late. She is heartbroken thinking that she may lose her home and the stress of trying to pay her bills for food and prescriptions is too much right now.
