Please help

Hi this is Jerry Ragsdale, you might know me it might have been a while since I last saw you, If you don't know back in January on the same day I almost died from pneumonia and found out I had arthritis of the hip(so I need a hip replacement, I can't walk) let's not forget Diabetes, All in one day, I lost my car,studio,everything I owned after a couple months, MY big issue is my blood sugar is to high so I can't have Surgery on my hip because the risk of infection (I've tried everything I thought it was my diet, not the case, I've been in the hospital for five days eating their food,I can't get to my doctor appointments,my friends have families, I'm homeless, no vehicle,no money in the bank,Waiting on Disability and Social security, so it's not my diet,I don't know what I'm going to do, I still can drive so if I get a junker at least I would be able to get to my doctor appointments, have some shelter, while I wait for SS
