Moving to Israel

On September 7, I am embarking on a new and exciting chapter in my life. I am returning to Israel and will be joining the Israel Defense Forces. I was on the verge of applying to the colleges that I wanted to attend, but realized that before I do something for myself, I want to do something for my country (I was born in Israel, and lived there until I was four).

I had intended to work full time this summer to fund this adventure, but those plans went out the window when I had to undergo surgery to repair a very badly torn lateral meniscus. I have done some odd jobs since recuperating, and my parents have also helped me as much as they possibly could, but still I have come up short.

I need to fund part of my ticket, and also have to register for a series of training seminars, which are a prerequisite for joining Garin Tzabar (The Scouts Lone Soldiers Program), which is the framework for my upcoming army induction. Any help you can provide will be very gratefully appreciated.
