Help save Monty

In 2011 Andrew & I adopted the cutest, sweetest and very sick rescue dog. If you have met him you know he is truly the sweetest dog, he is always calm and loves everyone. Monty was diagnosed with lymes this past January. We thought it was acting up again when we brought him to the vet today. When we took him in they couldn't find a pulse, his body temp was 6 degrees too low and he became critical very quickly. We were faced with the decision to put him down or fight for our little man. We are with him fighting at the best emergency vet clinic. Unfortunately, the cost is so high and we are truly struggling to pay this bill. We hate to ask for help, especially with everyone else struggling.
