Bring back Kayden’s Smile

Hi, My name is Zoey and I am the mother of Kayden.

Yesterday teatime (30.10.24) I received a phone call off the police to tell me my son has been beaten up, stabbed in his head and attempted to set him on fire several times with a lighter and deodorant can by a gang of lads.

Kayden was taken to hospital with his injuries but as you can imagine this has traumatised him. Kayden has an autism and has only just started going out with friends a few weeks ago. He is now scared to leave the house again.

During this attack, Kaydens favourite jacket that he wore most days (Nike air tech fleece) got damaged and the police have taken it for DNA testing. I wondered if anyone would like to help to surprise him with a new fleece and maybe an extra treat for himself to show him there are kind people out there still!

I know the bruises won't last forever but the memories will and no one deserves what he has been through. We are as a family in complete shock and the last 24 hours have been exhausting with trying to get justice for Kayden but as his mother I’m doing everything in my power!
