Help Seth and Kids After Diana's Passing

Mr. Seth Owusu, a Ghanaian international student at New Mexico State University studying Social Work, is heartbroken after the tragic demise of his beloved wife, Mrs. Diana Seisie Owusu. She passed away on the very day that marked one month since her arrival in the U.S. to visit him with their two young children, Raphael, 5, and Audrey, 3.
Early Sunday morning, October 27, Seth Owusu left home on some errands, while Diana and the children were still asleep. He called Diana to check on them. When their daughter, Audrey, answered the call, she informed her dad that “mummy is still asleep.” Seth called again, and Audrey picked up the second time. This time, worried, she informed him that “Mum is still not minding me.” In suspicion and some anxiety, Seth rushed home, only to find Diana unresponsive and cold. In desperation, he rushed her to Hospital - Las Cruces, where she was pronounced dead. The family is shattered by this sudden loss. Diana had been bravely battling Catamenial Epilepsy, a chronic condition that caused her immense pain and suffering.
As the family mourns Diana’s death, the body has been scheduled to be flown to Albuquerque for an autopsy by the State.
In this time of unimaginable grief, Seth urgently needs our prayer and support to arrange immediate funds for Diana’s autopsy, emergency room bills, possible repatriation, and to care for his two young children during these difficult times.
Diana’s visit was meant to bring the family together, and now they face a future without her warmth and love. Please help us support Seth as he navigates this profoundly difficult journey. Every bit of assistance can make a difference during this heartbreaking time.
