Drew's Dream

Hello, my name is Jeff Grabowski. On June 17th 2022, we lost the most selfless, humble, influential Pro Skateboarder, Friend, Family member, & Son that Syracuse, NY has ever known.

His life was dedicated to being the best shredder you could see. Always trying to learn, and teach others how to do the impossible on a piece of wood & wheels.

He accomplished his dream of being a Pro boarder, but his dream for Ormond Spencer Park (aka The Spot) that he started a gofundme for is not complete. Besides the Everson Museum where he first started his unwavering journey, and where his heart will always be, to the Eastwood skatepark that he helped get built, the "Spot" was everyones DIY park for skating, and a place he truly considered "home" spending countless hours having the best times of his life with all his Family! But, it needs funds to repair worn-out ramps, rails, and cement to turn it into it's full potential, just as he strived to do.

I starting a not for profit foundation in his honor called Skate4Drew, (as there was too many called Drews Dream.) afterr funeral & family costs, all funds will go to finish what he started. To build, fix, add-on new things to the park, (and other parks later on) to help kids get free decks, sneakers, grip tape, etc... and help train the next generation of shredders. Get kids out of the house and exercise, and to strive to be awesome! Just like my Son, Andrew Grabowski ❤️
