Linda Gabbard

Thank you for taking the time to read this and if anything send a prayer for Linda and her family.

Linda was rushed to the emergency room late last week. By the grace of God she was transported to the UW. A little back history if you don’t know already:

Linda had a major stroke in November 2021. Late last week her daughters, Heather and Amber found that she was having some stroke symptoms. The doctors found some spots in her brain that they can’t yet confirm what exactly they are and a mitral valve leak in her heart. They sent her to UW to have a team of doctor try to figure out what these spots are and if the heart issue caused them or is related. They are currently trying to prevent another mass stroke if that is the case. She has brain lesions now developing from her rheumatory arthritis. Unfortunately Linda’s heart rate kept dropping , as low at 37 at times, which prevented them from doing further testing to figure out what exactly is going on.

Amber and Heather have been by her side every minute. They are staying at a hotel close to the hospital, barely finding time to eat or sleep. Even when they do get a moment, their hearts are too full of worry to do much of either.

I decided yesterday to start this go fund me to help with the cost of not only Linda’s medical bills, but also for the unexpected expenses put on her daughters to simply be there fighting for her. If you know Amber and Heather, the stubborn and SELFLESS women they are, they won’t ask for help. So here I am, asking for prayers, a donation for them to relieve the extra financial strain and stress on their families, maybe take their husbands and kiddos a meal if you’re able. Anything to support Linda and her family. We all know they would do the same for any of us. God bless and I’ll do my best to keep you updated❤️
