In Memory of Shayla Joyce

My name is Christine Wilson, and along with Susan Schellenberger-Smith, we are setting up this gofundme page for Maureen Joyce and her family.
I had the the pleasure of teaching dance to "Shay"along with Chelsea, Megan, Christine A, Madame Juliette, Meagan G, and more.
Shayla was very talented, and a great friend to her fellow students.
An infectious giggle, boundless energy, and a beautiful heart endeared her to friends, teachers, parents, and studio owners.
Shayla was also involved in Pom and Ringette, both of which she very much enjoyed, cultivating even more friendships there, and great relationships with parents and coaches.

Sadly and suddenly, Shayla was taken away from her beloved family and friends far too soon at the tender age of 20 due to Type 1 Diabetes.

Her family will need to incur funeral costs.
It is the most difficult of times, and so some financial relief, we feel, would be much appreciated by the family.

The Joyce family is very important to us, and the loss of their daughter/sister Shay, is devastating beyond words to them and their friends and relatives.
