Buddy's Amputation

This is Buddy, Buddy came to us a stray (feral I believe) we befriended him over the course of many months and we were in the process of making him an indoor cat, however, buddy is wild hearted and frequently went away overnight. He came to me on my morning coffee with a gun shot wound on his leg and it required amputation. I wasn't prepared to pay for this. Any help would be appreciated. I'm struggling as it is, so this took money I didn't have, on top of the emergency vet fees and amputation I have spent small amounts for his care, pee pads while he's immobile and such. He has been neutered and will be completely grounded to indoor life as of that sad morning. I'm only requesting help for the vet bills. Thank you so much for reading and considering this.
