7th Regiment Drum Corps

See that cute human in the cover page? That is my son LJ. He is going to be 16 next month and was just offered a spot with 7th Regiment Drum Corps. In 7th the kids travel 4 weeks during the summer, competing in Massachusetts, Ohio and the most exciting location Lucas Oil Stadium home of the Indianapolis Colts. He has been dreaming of being apart of 7th for over a year. The membership cost is almost $3000 and being a single mother I just can’t swing it. Anyone who knows LJ knows he is a phenomenal drummer and amazing kid. He’s humble and knows how to take criticism. He is dedicated to his talent and is always looking for ways to improve. The first leg of this trip begins the day before his 16th birthday and he told me he doesn’t want any gifts, he just wants to travel with 7th Regiment.
