Cara Jan’s Cancer Treatment

Greetings! Cara Jan Roquemore Hamill is one of most selfless and kind people in the whole wide world. She is in her upper 70s and still works full-time as the manager of a senior center in Florida, even though a senior herself. She brings so much joy to these people and gives so many people purpose and fulfillment with her smile, passion and dedication. She was diagnosed with uterine cancer over a year ago and has valiantly fought it through endless chemo treatments. She never complains, always says she’s fine and generally seems more happy and upbeat than anyone around her. And.. she has continued to work full-time at the center. The medical bills keep piling up, despite her family’s efforts to help financially—and there are no grants for this type of cancer. So that’s why I am asking you kind souls out there to lend some support to a truly amazing human being. As manager of the senior center, she gives it her all to hold events and celebrate whatever she can (see photos and look at that smile!), but I want to give some of that kindness back. 100% of proceeds will go towards helping her with medical bills and co-pays.
