Support St. Elizabeth's Hurricane Recovery

Tax deductible
Hurricane Beryl bulldozed through Southern St. Elizabeth leaving a trail of destruction along its path. Communities right across the parish have been severely affected. The very hard-working residents have lost their homes, livelihood, roofs, farms, livestock. The local Clinics, High Schools, and Infant schools have severe infrastructure damage. Many families have been displaced and a lot of children will not be enjoying the summer vacation and with 2 months before the new school year begins that also may be affected.

The Jamaican American Caribbean Development Foundation (JAMCDF) is spearheading this relief drive to help those forgotten communities that are distant from the commercial and resort areas that are affected by Hurricane Beryl. The goal is to raise over USD$100,000. JAMCDF will work with the local NGOs, Churches, and other community groups including the local authorities to assess the needs of the most needy and vulnerable to ensure the help goes where it's most needed.

Please help us to provide relief and recovery aid in form of building back homes, providing shelter, supplies such as food, toiletries and other basic life amenities, so that these communities can begin the rebuilding process.

Jamaican American Community Development Foundation Inc, is a registered 501(c) 3 charitable organization.

All donations are tax deductible and receipts can be provided.
