Mike's Medical Fund

Mike Merlo is a beloved father of three and devoted husband. He has been an active supporter of his community having coached with the Fairport Little League for the last several years.
In June 2015, Mike was diagnosed with testicular cancer. His diagnosis came only one month before he and Heather plan to be married. Their last few weeks of wedding preparation was filled with surgery and countless tests. Their honeymoon was spent at the hospital with Mike starting chemo the very next morning after the wedding.
Despite his diagnosis, he continued to coach his son's baseball team through the season and they won the distinction of 2015 League Champions. .Mike has always been a fighter and there is no doubt that he will see this through with flying colors. He is very eager to get through the treatment and return to the things he loves. His prognosis is very good, but he has a long road ahead of him with the need for ongoing testing after chemo is completed. Treatment has also kept him out of work. He and his family need your help to dig out from the medical bills. With any luck they'll have a chance for a honeymoon after his recovery. Please help my brother with his fight.
