Michael DeStefano needs help

As some of you might already know Michael DeStefano was involved in an accident ... He spent some time in hospital and has suffered through extreme pain with a fractured skull/broken upper jaw, cracked chin/severe broken lower and multiple missing teeth with more oral surgeries for that later on...He has never asked for a hand out of any kind but the bills are piling up and unfortunately he has no medical insurance ! Not only that he needs a bunch of dental work from loosing his teeth in this bike accident..
So if you know Mike I'm sure you love him so please help him out..
