Travel and missed work

Hi, my name is Shelly, I’m Josh’s mom. Josh has been recently diagnosed with the possibility of having liver cancer. He needs to travel back to Rochester MN for further testing but so far the tests they have ran are not coming back with good results. This may mean a liver transplant. Until we know further Josh, who takes care of his brother, needs some help with expenses. He has used up all paid time off already getting tested and having a stint put in. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And any prayers are always welcomed. Thank you all
