Save my cat Honey

My cat got electecuted while chewing on our Christmas lights. She is in very bad shape. She will loose part or both of her ears they said for sure. Possibly will need to be surgically removed if the ointment doesn’t work. The vet bills will be $600+ or more with surgery as of right now but she is going to need further treatment. I am in desperate need of some help with her vet bills if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!!
