Christian's Medical Fund

Christian Smith is a son, brother, and a friend. On March 26th, 2016 he received devastating news for him and his family. A few weeks prior to March 26th, Christian had been feeling very lethargic all the time, had no real appetite and had been complaining of a sore throat. On Friday, March 25th, he woke up with severely swollen neck. Once at the doctor they noticed that all of his limp nodes where extremely swollen and sent him to Children’s Hospital for further testing. On Saturday, March 26th after more blood work tests and a bone marrow biopsy, Christian was diagnosed with ALL T-Cell Leukemia. Christian also turned 15 on that Saturday.

I've known the Smith's for 10+ years now and have watched Christian grow from a small carefree kid into this amazing teenage boy. For those of you that know the Smith's, know that they are the most loving and giving people. They have a strong faith in God that will help guide them through this difficult time. Christian loves to play football and is big into gaming. He is a well rounded, sweet and energetic teenage boy.

Christian was admitted to the oncology wing at Children’s Hospital in Dallas and started chemo that Monday. It's been heart breaking to see such a good kid go through something as rough as chemo. Since his immune system is very low, he will stay in the hospital for at least a month. And as you know, medical expenses really start to add up.

Please join me in raising money for Christian and his fight against Leukemia. All donations that are collected here will go directly to Christian's medical bills so that he can continue to get the best treatment from the best doctors possible.
