**This crowdfunding is ONLY for SMITHS. Here's why...**

Today is my birthday, and I'm calling on my fellow Smiths across America to help build the next generation of skilled workers, innovators and entrepreneurs.

The challenge is simple:

GIVE $3. TELL 3 SMITHS. CHANGE A FUTURE.

Our first milestone is $10,000 to help launch the next phase of ApprentiSmith — connecting young people with real-world mentorship, apprenticeships, trades, technology and AI.

This fundraising challenge is led by Smiths, but the opportunities we create are for young people of every name and background.
