Kevin Bell Fundraiser - In Memory of Wayne Meegan

Hello Everyone,

As many of you may know we are holding a golf classic on September 30th at The Headford Golf Club.

We are organising this with an aim to raise money in memory of our much loved Brother Wayne. All funds raised will be going directly to the Kevin Bell Trust who helped us repatriate Wayne home earlier this year.

The Kevin Bell repatriation trust was established in 2013, when the Bell family were faced with organising the repatriation of their own son Kevin, following his sudden death in America. In the wake of this the Bell family set up this trust in Kevin’s honour. After experiencing their own loss, they in turn decided to help others in similar situations. Which makes this trust exceptionally special, they are nothing short of angels on earth.

The day we received the news nobody ever wants to hear, the unexpected passing of Wayne in Cambodia on December 21st.  Colin Bell picked us up when our lives fell apart and took control. Everything was put in place to ensure we were able to take Wayne on his final journey home. No words will ever explain it, but this trust means so much to us and unfortunately KBRT has helped so many families locally and nationally. 

For that reason I want everyone reading this to please dig deep and donate to the KBRT.
