Cancer recovery for Layla's mom

She was ‘officially’ diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma on the 23rd of July 2015. Up until this time Lindsey is never really been sick. Never gets colds or stomach bugs, never had the flu. She plays sports, goes to the gym and she eats healthy stuff. She was diagnosed with Mediastinal Large B-cell Lymphoma. As it’s an aggressive cancer the oncologist said He would need to start chemo ASAP. He booked her for the first session of R-CHOP on Friday the 7th of August. He said they would take 8 hours each. Minimally 6, every 3 weeks.

Because Lindsey is stubborn she won't ask for help, she smiles & carries on like normal. She insists on being strong and won't let anyone know she needs help but, because Layla means the world to me & Lindsey is her mommy & 'best friend' I'm doing this for them. 

Cancer treatments with the drugs she gets are $31,000 each, the Neulasta (white cell generator shot) is $4,999 each time (before insurance costs).  she has copays each time and all the testing/hospital bills/ prescriptions & daycare, plus everything else......so anything you can donate helps.

Now that chemotherapy set 1 is complete it is time to start radiation and hope this is the only set. Once a day 5 days a week until the end of January. at least that is the plan right now.
