My name is Monika, and I am a colleague of Rachelle's at the Region of Peel. Rachelle has touched all our lives with her beautiful smile and infectious laugh; she brings joy to every room she enters. On Monday, Rachelle experienced the sudden loss of her beloved husband, Joel. I am putting this fundraiser page together on behalf of Rachelle and her two beautiful kids, Emmett and Everly, as this family begins to process their lives without Joel. This page has been set up to assist with the financial impact during such a challenging time and to help Rachelle with expenses moving forward. All donations will go towards funeral costs and Emmett and Everly's education fund.
