Send my son to horseshoeing school!

My name is Huya Tanka Jaguar Smoke, I’m thirteen years old, born on December 23, 2001. I was born in Regina, Saskatchewan in Canada. I’ve lived in South Dakota & Wyoming most of my life though. And now I still live on the Pine Ridge Reservation. I want to go to the Oklahoma Horseshoeing School in Purcell, Oklahoma.
The reason I want to go to horse shoeing school, is that I want to become an farrier & learn how to float teeth, then I can do my own horses, and it would be an good thing to know, and after I get good at it I will be able to get a job doing it. On the reservation there is a lot of people and little jobs. Since we aren’t from here it’s even harder to get a job for us than it is for others. Also, maybe I can teach other people how to take care of their horses’ feet & teeth because the world needs more horse people! And to make things harder, I’m considered an illegal immigrant here eventhough I’m a status Indian from the north, so I can’t get a job in South Dakota because I was born in Canada, I also want to become a big animal vet because there isn’t any good horse vets close by either, you would have to get some one half across the state so I would be closer and another job. So please fund. The way my dad figured it, I’m going to need about $9,880 in all for tuition for the full 12-week course, required tools, transportation there & back, plus money for food & laundry while I’m there for three months. My dad is going trapping so then we can make money to buy leather and my dad can make farrier chaps and buy wood for a shoe box. Thanks.

To clarify the cost that my son wrote here's how I broke it down:
12-week Advanced Horseshoeing & Blacksmithing Course tuition = $6,200
Required tools = approximately $1,600
Illustrated Atlas of Clinical Anatomy 1 = $70
Recommended cash on hand for food, laundry, etc. = $125/week x 12 weeks
Travel = $ 510 (200 each way gas, 30 each way motels, 25 each way food)
TOTAL = $ 9,880
My son, Huya Tanka Smoke, wants to go to the Oklahoma Horseshoeing School's 3 month horseshoeing, blacksmith, & equine dental work class. None of the usual funding channels are open to him. He is 13 (which just gets him into OHS' age requirements). Huya was born in canada, & he is a Treaty Indian, but is enrolled in a northern band & is not recognized by the BIA. We live on the Pine Ridge Reservation but are not enrolled here. He is not eligible for any tribal funds here, & even the federal WIA office is run by the tribe & they won't fund anyone who isn't from here. This is the poorest reservation, & encompasses the poorest county in the country, but all funding here goes exclusively to Oglala Sioux Tribe members. He is also unable to get any help from his own reserve in Saskatchewan.
For further information on the Oklahoma Horseshoeing School, which from my research is the leading farrier school in the country, you can check out their website at www.horseshoes.net
