On April 9th, Athens County EMS member, Amanda Russell EMT responded to a call every first responder dreads. Her own house was on fire.

Luckily, her children and partner made it out safely and the fire was extinguished, however the damage to their house is extensive and their home is currently unlivable.

Amanda has dedicated her life to the protection and care of her community. Please help us ensure that she and her family have a safe and healthy place to stay while their home undergoes repairs, and that they are able to replace what can be replaced.
