Lexi's Fight

I am starting this fundraiser for my friend Emmy and her daughter Lexi. She is a single mother of two children and works very hard to support her family. The past few years have been really tough because her daughter Lexi started having a lot of issues with her stomach and passing out. Lexi is only 16 years old and she was finally diagnosed (after many, many trips to doctor and ER) with Malrotation where her large intestines, colon and appendix are on the wrong side of her body. She also has a rare chronic sinus disease where fluid builds up causing pressure on her brain stem causing chronic headaches and passing out. Also possible cystic lesions on her clivus bone. Lexi is looking at surgery to rearrange her intestines and colon. She will also have her appendix removed. This means that Emmy will have to be out of work for an extended period of time. She will not have any income coming in and could really use the help in her time of need. I can only imagine the stress and worry from having a child that is sick. If the Lord lays it upon your heart to help this family, it would be at least a little less stress financially for this family.
