8 month old sick puppy surrendered by his owners

Ollie Joe is a cute little 8 month old puppy that was surrendered by his owners because he was sick and they could not afford his veterinary care. It turned out that he had an obstruction that ended up passing on its own after several days at the vet with fluids, enemas and meds. His vet bill was $800.
